Ensuring consumer interests are considered and inclusive service provision is the heart of every consumer service working to ensure people are protected, informed, and empowered.
Our independent voice allows us to influence national bodies and support individuals in navigating everyday consumer challenges. One of our key areas of focus is helping people make informed decisions when improving their homes, reducing their energy bills, accessing loans or grants, and choosing the right products to meet their needs.
